Activity RLC Groups, or Activity GroupA way to logically organize the rooms/locations in your activity for two purposes: Check-in and reporting. These groups can be further broken down into sub groups and sub-sub groups(s) are the third step in the activity creation process. Activity groups provide a way to logically organize the rooms/locations (RLCs) in your activity. This feature provides organization in two places: Fellowship One Check-in and reports.
To create an activity RLC group:
After you have added your first Activity RLC Group, a new field called Super group becomes available. Super groups are a way to nest groups for very large activities such as children's services. In activities where you have multiple rooms for the same age or type of participant, Super Groups are helpful because you can create groups for your groups! Let's look at an example.
Dynamic Church has 2 rooms for each grade level (Kindergarten - 5th Grade). To make reporting easier, staff members created a group called Elementary that became the Super Group. They then created groups for each grade level that roll up to the Elementary Super Group.
In the Check-in application, two columns display for groups - Super Groups and Groups if you have configured Super Groups.
The Check-in screen looks like this
Note: To see Live Checkins during Activities, you must set up Activity RLC Groups.
